Refund Policy

We value your time and ours, and this policy is designed to be fair while respecting scheduled commitments.

• Full Refund:
  You may cancel your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund.

• 50% Refund:
  Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session but before the session begins are eligible for a 50% refund.

• No Refunds for No-Shows:
  If you do not attend your scheduled session and do not provide notice before the start time, no refund will be issued.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing (email is sufficient). Refunds, where applicable, will be processed back to the original method of payment.
